Designing your own fragrance line

Creating a fragrance line can be for many different things.
- Sell your perfume creations for profit.
- Use them as party favors for your guests.

When you know your project and your goal it's time to get to work.
Get it out there
Now that you have the desire and creativity, how do you intend to sell your product? We make it pretty darn easy for you to get up and running, but the responsibility will be on you. Do you have a storefront? An actual physical store or an ecommerce website? If you don't, do you have the ability to travel and sell by word of mouth?
With a distribution plan in place, how many people do you think you could contact? When you figure that number, how many people do you think would be interested in a specialty fragrance oil?
Show me the money
It's time to make some money, but as they say, it takes money to make money. A unique fragrance line isn't cheap, but in the grand scheme of things it's not that expensive. Would you believe you can do it for around $5-$12 a bottle? With Scent Design, you can.
Here is where the price points will come in:
- Custom Fragrance. We'll make sure the one you choose to design is THE one that you want. It'll be a slow process and may take a number of tries, but there isn't a rush, and you need to be absolutely sure this is the one for you. The one that will get your product noticed and make you money.
- Custom Labels. We know graphics and design and we pass on that service to you. You just need to provide the logo in the format we need. We won't actually design your logo and brand identity though, that's all you.
- Custom Bottles. We have simple round bottles for a reason: we want creativity to be all about the custom fragrance that our customers design, not the wrapper. We do have a small selection of different bottles, but they are 5x-10x the price of the simple rounds. Packaging is a big marketing strategy, and one that you will need to devise for yourself in your own store.
