Expected shipping times
Scent Design will do their best to ship orders within 24 hours they are recieved. A specific product that cannot be shipped within 24 hours (i.e. 'out of stock') will be noted ahead of time.

Shipping methods and rates
Scent Design offers USPS Priority Mail as the preferred method of shipping. This gets you your product within 2 to 3 days nearly anywhere in the United States. Because it is the USPS, you can also ship to your P.O. box. Charges are determined by weight from the United States Postal Service.

International Shipping
Scent Design offers international shipping but some countries do not allow fragrance oil/perfumes to be shipped in. If that is the case with your order, we will notify you and refund any credit. If there are no restrictions, we charge a flat rate of $20 per order if it is under 2 lbs.
REMEMBER: because we ship with the U.S. Postal Service, the host country's postal service takes over when it crosses the border. That means we can no longer track your order once it gets to your country.
Also, certain countries may charge fees to pick up your package at customs or the post office. If you do not trust your postal service, please let us know ahead of time so that we may provide a different shipping method to you.
